Dawar Zada, PREC
Dawar Zada leads the Zada Group, a Port Moody real estate team licensed with Stonehaus Realty Corp. He was among the first Port Moody homeowners to move a multiplex application forward under the new SSMUH framework, and he has spent the time since learning the rules in detail and sitting down with City planning staff to understand how they are applied.
That is the whole reason this site exists. The law is real, the opportunity is real, and most of what is written about it is either too vague or too eager. We wanted a place that just explains it.
The team
Between us we hold the Military Relocation Professional and Seniors Real Estate Specialist designations, and we speak English, French, Vietnamese, and Farsi.
More than ninety percent of our work comes from people we have already helped.
In the community
A neighbourhood carnival, Santa photos, seminars, and a lot of hand-delivered gifts. We spend on our community rather than on billboards, and it is why so much of our business comes back to us year after year.
It also means we are accountable in a way an out-of-town advisor is not. We live with the outcomes of the advice we give here.
